I was fortunate to have been conceived in a town called San Gil (S.S), I was born in Bogotá on September 16, 1962. Son of Inés MartÃnez, brother of three sisters (Irma, Margarita and Lucia); I finished my primary education in San Luis de Gaceno (Boyacá) in 1974 and my high school at the National AgustÃn Nieto Caballero Liceum in 1981. I married Yolanda Espitia in 1982 and we had three children (Javier Enrique, Sergio Andrés and Alex David). I studied Accounting Statistics at SENA, worked with Banco de Occidente for 34 years.
